Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a type of therapy that is designed to help clients who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. The client is guided through a series of eye movements while they focus on traumatic or distressing memories. This process supports one’s ability to process and reframe the traumatic memories, reducing the emotional distress associated with it.
Though we do not offer 1:1 EMDR Therapy, our EMDR Inspired Techniques have been shown to be an effective treatment for emotional distress and can also be used to treat a variety of other mental health conditions.
